PICKUP - Don't want to pay shipping? Easy enter PICKUP into the code at checkout and it will deduct the $5 shipping from your order. Then just swing by and pick up your order! We cannot mail orders or meet "halfway" when PICKUP is entered.

Yes we restock items if we are able to get our hands on it again. However most items sellout like hotcakes!

Since every product is made to order, we are unable to accept returns unless there is a quality defect with the product and only 7 days from receipt of package. We strive to provide the best quality and aesthetics for your products and all returns must be unworn and unwashed in original packaging and in like condition received.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a Store Credit will be sent to you with a discount code, within a certain amount of days.  You will have 60 days to use the discount code or it will expire.

We allow exchanges for different size or a Store Credit but customer pays all shipping fees to and from Jagged Ambtiion Boutique!

Depending on where you ship from or which carrier you use, shipping can vary from $3 to $20 per package. All returns are up to the customer to arrange in a timely fashion for different sizing or store credit.

Usually in about 2-5 business days once we have received the returned item and it is verified to be in like new condition. All refunds will be in store credit.

It’s an online payment platform that allows you to pay for your order through 4 small installment payments, spread over 6 weeks, rather than paying the full amount at once. You have 7 days upon receipt of product to return for material defects. We can no longer accept items worn or returned after 7 days.
